A: Caravanners use the 85% rule to work out if their car is able to tow the caravan they would like to buy. If you exceed this limit you may end up in a dangerous situation - experienced caravanners know that they should not exceed this limit unless they have a lot of experience and have years of towing experience.  

Q: "Do I need to insure my caravan and how much will it cost?"
A: Insurance, although not mandatory is strongly recommended. This premium depending on individual claim history and value but will normally be between £150 and £200 per year. 

Q: "Where can I store my caravan, and what costs are usually involved?"

A: Caravan storage is all over the country now, although not so readily available in cities. Give us a call we may have the address your looking for just round the corner from where you live. The storage cost can vary from indoor, undercover to outdoor, as a guide the cheapest you will pay is around £200 per year up to £500 £600 depending.

 Q: "Do i need to have my caravan serviced and how often, what are typical costs?"

A: A caravan should have a annual service or at the very least a good check over before use. A full habitation and chassis service will cost around £120 to £150.
